I wrote to Hasbro exposing alcune mie critiche riguardo al nuovo Furby Baby, domandando come mai le funzioni siano così limitate. La risposta è stata la seguente:
"La ringraziamo per i feedback che, seppur negativi, sono sempre graditi perchè ci aiutano a capire come e dove poter migliorare... in effetti è vero che il primo Furby Baby faceva molte più cose, ma è anche vero che il prezzo era addirittura superiore al Furby grande dell’epoca.
Per questa seconda edizione abbiamo deciso di realizzare un cucciolo di Furby più economico, con funzionalità più limitate. In fondo, essendo un cucciolo di Furby appena nato, sarebbe illogico se parlasse e interagisse come o più del Furby Grande.
